This new bank branch is two stories with a walk-out basement. It has a steel and wood frame with a brick and stone veneer and a metal standing seam roof. Inside, the building houses eight offices, four teller windows, a precast vault, a clerestory for daytime lighting, and a large community room on the lower level. The new bank also features four drive-up lanes. A geothermal system heats and cools the building. A unique feature of this project is the retaining wall that cuts through the site. It is 18 feet tall in some areas.
