Holiday Inn Express, NE and SW Cedar Rapids
These three-story, 83-room hotels are wood-framed structures with exterior walls covered by an insulated finish system, or E.I.F.S. The roof systems are wood trusses with a mechanically fastened roof membrane covered by a standing seam blue metal roof. The interior features include a swimming pool, game room and spa. They also have a dining area, meeting rooms and two, large extended-stay suites. We have also completed remodel projects for these properties.
