Helen G. Nassif YMCA, Cedar Rapids
The new Central YMCA has a warehouse look with structural steel, brick, block and precast exposed inside and out. Features include four basketball courts, five racquetball courts, weight room, aerobics room, pool and spa, four locker rooms, and the YMCA’s administrative offices. The pool, spa, mechanical and electrical systems were design/build. We also completed an addition at the Stoney Point YMCA, which doubled its size.  We added a swimming pool, spa, and offices and remodeled the fitness and aerobics rooms. Rinderknecht has completed projects at the Marion YMCA, as well.
